Please review carefully our Fulfillment Policy when purchasing our services. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Anything present and presented within our website, course, recording, live group sessions, social media, marketing, or other content and materials shared by and/or purchased from The Artful Dollar Inc. is for informational purposes only. You should not construe any such information or other material as legal, tax, investment, financial, or other advice. Nothing contained on our website, coaching community, social media or other shared materials constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer by The Artful Dollar Inc. or any third party service provider to buy or sell any securities or other financial instruments in this or in in any other jurisdiction in which such solicitation or offer would be unlawful under the securities laws of such jurisdiction.


All content on this site as well as anything present or presented within our course, recording, live group sessions, social media, marketing, and other content and materials shared by and/or purchased from The Artful Dollar Inc. is information of a general nature and does not address the circumstances of any particular individual or entity. WHAT ARE MY COURSE FULFILLMENT OPTIONS?

The Artful Dollar Inc. offers financial coaching for artists, creatives and freelancers. We do not offer financial or investment advice. 

Shipping, customs, or any associated costs of mailing either domestic or international do not apply to purchases made at The Artful Dollar Inc. as all purchases are service-based. There are no digital or physical goods being sold or transferred with any purchase associated with our website or offerings.

Coaching and courses (“Services”) provided by The Artful Dollar Inc. are available upon purchase. Once purchased, access to The Artful Dollar Community is granted through CircleCo Inc. CircleCo Inc’s Privacy Policy and Terms can be referenced on the Circle.co website.

All course material, class recordings and live group sessions can be accessed through The Artful Dollar Circle community platform. Access to The Artful Dollar Circle community platform occurs within 1 - 3 business days upon purchase. Access to the live group sessions, where applicable, occurs at the beginning of the month following the course purchase. Access to live group sessions, where applicable, ends 12 weeks after the start, unless subscription is purchased or other exception exists as determined solely by The Artful Dollar Inc. 

 

Continuous access to live recordings is dependent upon receipt of timely payment as well as course type purchased. The Artful Dollar Inc. reserves the right to revoke access if agreed upon payment is not received. This includes paid in full, payment plan, and subscription options.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

Subscription purchases are a monthly continuation of the initial service-based offering purchased.

 

Subscriptions do not contain digital or physical goods. As such, there is no applicable shipping or delivery that occurs. The client retains access to partial or full course materials, where applicable, within The Artful Dollar Circle community platform along with their applicable course sections, materials, recordings and live sessions.

If purchased, subscriptions will be billed to the payment method provided by the Client that is kept on file monthly until canceled by the Client. The Client may cancel at any time.

DO YOU OFFER YOUR SERVICES INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. The Artful Dollar Inc. assists clients worldwide with its coaching services. Similar to domestic purchases made within the United States of America, the same services are available and offered to international Clients. These services do not include any digital or physical goods. As a result, shipping and delivery for the purchase made do not apply.

Please note: We may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international purchases. You may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SERVICES ARE DELAYED?

If services purchased are delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. 

QUESTIONS ABOUT REFUNDS?

Services purchased from The Artful Dollar Inc. are non-refundable, unless due to extenuating circumstances. Refunds will be assessed on an individual basis where The Artful Dollar Inc. ultimately determines the outcome of whether or not to grant the refund in its sole discretion. This applies to all payment models and methods offered by The Artful Dollar Inc., including but not limited to Paid in Full, Payment Plans, Subscriptions, and electronically-made payments.
